Warranty Duration: 1 Year from Completion
At Redstone Concrete, we stand behind the quality of our work and want our customers to feel confident in their investment. Concrete is a durable, long-lasting material, but like all building materials, it is subject to natural processes.
What This Warranty Covers
We offer a One-Year Limited Warranty covering concrete cracks that exceed ¼ inch (0.25″) in width. If a crack wider than ¼ inch occurs due to natural settling or other standard conditions, we will repair it at no cost to you within the warranty period.
What’s Considered Normal
Cracks less than ¼ inch wide are considered shrinkage or hairline cracks, which are a common and natural part of the concrete curing and settling process. These small cracks are typically cosmetic and do not affect the structural integrityof the concrete.

We Understand: Things Happen
Concrete is not a flawless material—it reacts to its environment, temperature changes, and the moisture in the ground below. Even with the best materials and workmanship, minor imperfections may develop over time. We want to be transparent: some of these changes are expected, but our commitment is to address any issues that go beyond the normal scope—because your satisfaction matters.
To Make a Claim
If you notice a crack larger than ¼ inch, please contact us at [email protected] within the warranty period. Include a brief description and photo(s), and we’ll schedule an inspection. If the crack meets the criteria, we’ll take care of the repair.
Warranty Limitations
This warranty is valid for one year from the date of project completion and applies only to the original purchaser. It is non-transferable and limited to repairs as specified above.
