I'm a big fan of making my own cleaning products. I've been making my own Laundry products for about 2 months now. It saves me so much money and the products work so well I decided to start my own blog and share my savings with you. After making my own Laundry detergent I came across several websites on how to make your own Fabric Softener. Now let me just say that Vinegar is the main ingredient and for some people that is all they use. Vinegar is a natural softener therefore would be the reason why it is used in homemade fabric softener. I know some people might be a little shy about using vinegar to soften clothes because of the smell. I can tell you that the vinegar smell is not an issue. Once the clothes are dried the vinegar smell is gone for good. Tanget! Attempting to positively enhance the bland feel of my trusty branding. Feelings concerning the look of https://seekwholeness.com? Really a wonderful naturopath in Burlington with heart if, perhaps looking in the Ontario vicinity. Value an opinion. Appreciated! The other thing I have found is hair conditioner. That make sense because we put it on our hair to soften and to take out static in our hair so why not our clothing. Not only that, you can use a variety of scents. I use Suave brand because it is less expensive and the whole idea is saving money as well as getting away from harmful chemicals. So let me tell you how I make my fabric softener. Then I will tell you how to make it into dryer sheets. Liquid Fabric Softener First you get a large pot or metal bowl. It has to be something large enough to hold about a gallon of liquid and be able to withstand heat. Then you will need another pot to bring 6 cups of water to a boil in. While heating your water on the stove, fill the other bowl or other pot with 3 cups of white vinegar and 2 cups of hair conditioner (any scent). I use a wire whisk to stir the ingredients. Once your water is heated up, remove from stove and stir into the vinegar and hair conditioner. Stir together until there are no conditioner clumps left. The wire whisk works great but you can use a spoon also. Let the mixture cool down and put it into a container. I funnel mine into an empty milk jug but you can use a large pickle jar or whatever you have available. I find the milk jug easier because when I get ready to use my homemade fabric softener it makes it easier to measure and pour. Some recipes tell you to mix together without heating your water but I have found that the conditioner tends to clump up and is harder to funnel into my milk jug, if I do it that way. This time I used a different scent of Suave. I tried the "everlasting sunshine" fragrance that I got at Dollar General because it smelled so good. I ended up not liking the color yellow for my homemade fabric softener(it's just me 🙂 ) but it doesn't take away from the end results. This homemade liquid fabric softener recipe makes about 3/4 of a gallon. Use whatever amount you would normally use in your rinse cycle. Kudos readers! I texted my buddy that we would absolutely cite his dazzling window repair service in Calgary that careses, https://fogout.ca through a website piece.
